Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
* Assess and redesign business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Validate deliverables through UAT to ensure requirements are met.
* Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
* Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
* Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
* Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum or similar frameworks).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
* Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and analytical.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
