Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in providing end-user support for our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for restoring normal IT services, implementing IT projects, and documenting all project implementations and software code changes.
You will also conduct hardware installations, perform minor repairs on devices and peripheral equipment, organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and collaborate within the IT team as needed.
* Install and configure computers, mobile devices, and other end-user devices.
* Ensure the security and privacy of all computer systems.
* Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
* Evaluate and escalate any improvement or new IT projects to the corporate level.
* Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance tasks without interrupting other work or operations.
* Maintain accurate records/logs of repairs, fixes, and scheduled maintenance activities.
