Joining the Huttopia Lagoa de Óbidos team means working an hour north of Lisbon, in an idyllic location just meters from Óbidos Lagoon, on an 8-hectare campsite.
Your Missions :
As an Assistant Campsite Manager, you will lead a team and also step in when needed — you know how to replace your team at a moment's notice
- Organize the catering and maintenance departments and manage your team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, buildings, green spaces, and the pool.
- Comply with regulatory obligations: urban planning, hygiene, and safety of property and people.
During the restaurant service period (July/August + holidays), you will also take charge of the catering department alongside your other responsibilities:
- Develop the restaurant's revenue.
- Prepare pizzas and platters while adhering to established processes.
- Manage orders and stocks in collaboration with local suppliers.

- Organized, you can handle pressure situations effectively.
- A true all-rounder, you thrive in work, versatility, and unexpected challenges.
- You love the outdoors, which is important for living in nature and sharing your passion with our clients.
- Authentic, you know how to maintain friendly relationships with clients and local partners.
- You have a driver's license and, since more than 50% of our clients are international, you speak English fluently

Additional Information
- Fixed-term contract (permanent contract possible depending on location).

- Salary: €1153 in 14 months (gross).
- Subsidiary of alimentation: €6/day worked.
- Free accommodation at the campsite. All employees are required to live on-site while on contract.
