About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to lead our on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, schedule, and budget.
You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities, collaborating with clients and subcontractors, implementing and enforcing the Site HSE Plan, managing safety protocols for all workers and subcontractors, managing construction managers and superintendents, overseeing mobilization and demobilization plans, ensuring adherence to the site supervision budget, advising the site team on construction matters, coordinating with site management, project controls, engineering, materials, HSE, and quality teams, ensuring timely completion of work and participating in schedule reviews, developing strategies and corrective actions to maintain progress, leading meetings with subcontractors, approving financial and contractual documentation, coordinating logistics and materials delivery, supervising inspections, testing, and reviewing non-conformance reports, and keeping the Site Manager informed of major events and progress.

Responsibilities:

* Develop strategies and corrective actions to maintain progress.

Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Experience in construction management, especially in industrial facilities like refineries, petrochemical, or energy projects.
* Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project management software.
* Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
* Ability to resolve issues effectively and ensure safety compliance.
* Experience with contract management and working with subcontractors.
