Electromagnetic Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in electromagnetic compatibility testing and compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various tests, ensuring adherence to customer specifications, maintaining data integrity, evaluating results, and reporting findings to customers in a timely manner. The role requires close collaboration with Design Engineers and Product Assurance Engineers to understand specific test setup requirements.
A key focus of this position will be to develop and maintain EMC test programs, including the designation of test facilities, methods, procedures, timing, and equipment to obtain test data from tests. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for developing new tests in accordance with OEM and international specifications, as well as contributing to continuous improvement activities.
Key performance indicators include reducing overall testing cost by 5% every year through strategic equipment selection, achieving 100% first-pass approval for internal and OEM test plans, and maintaining 98% uptime of EMC test facilities during all testing phases.
To excel in this role, you will require a strong background in electrical/electronics engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and good English language proficiency. Relevant experience in EMC/RF lab testing, working in the automotive or military industry, knowledge of RF design, and familiarity with EMC simulations and correlation studies will also be beneficial.

This role reports directly to the High-Voltage Laboratory Manager and offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, agile environment that values innovation, risk-taking, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
* BSc or MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
* Good problem-solving skills for electrical and EMI/EMC related issues
* Very good English level (written and spoken)
* Good understanding of Radiated Emission (RE), Conducted Emissions (CE), Radiated Immunity (RI), Bulk Current Injection (BCI), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) test equipment
