Key Responsibilities:
Act as first-line support for two business-critical applications in the investment funds domainHandle incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standardsTroubleshoot technical and functional issues and perform root cause analysisConduct database queries and data extractions (SQL) to identify issues and support resolutionsSupport quarterly deployments and validate post-release performanceCollaborate with sysadmin, infrastructure, and development teams across international locations Technical Profile:Strong experience with Linux, Windows and SQL (queries, joins, data analysis) Familiarity with Service Now for ticket management Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace) is a plus Knowledge of ITIL framework and production support practices Comfortable with deployments and production validationsFluency in English (mandatory); French is a plusPersonal Profile:
