The Finance Analyst will support the Finance department by managing financial data and providing insights to aid decision-making.
Description
Carry out billing, collection posting and reporting activities related with receivables, including inter company invoices, by ensuring entries are recorded in accordance with company policies and deadlines;
Prepare AR month, quarterly and year-end closing working closely with other finance teams ensuring all deadlines are accomplished;
Clarifying and reconcile differences on the postings, obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items;
Answer incoming questions and assist managers and other colleagues to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete;
Prepare internal reports and support in the preparation of annual property income budget;
Contribute to finding improvement opportunities and support their effective implementation.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or similar;
2 years of relevant work experience in the accounting/business area;
Fluent in English (mandatory);
Outstanding analytical and communication skills, highly collaborative nature and with a strong emphasis on teamwork;
Ability to pay close attention to detail and good degree of customer orientation;
Possess a proactive and positive attitude;
Hands-on and with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
