- Work with BIM methodologies, cost estimation, and strategic project planning.
- Support site execution, subcontractor management, and quality control.
- Develop leadership and on-site team management skills.
- Contribute to logistics and preparation of large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in demanding and innovative environments.What We Are Looking For- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong motivation to work in a site-based environment.
- Technical rigor, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork skills and adaptability to demanding environments.
- Availability for national mobility.
