Your future responsibilities as a Sales Manager
1. Be responsible for ensuring sell-through and sell-out alongside given targets for the Customer(s) you will be in charge of.
2. Be responsible for the related sales KPI: Revenue, P&L, Market Share etc.
3. Be responsible for the target achievement and long-term growth development with selected customers/retailers, cooperating with Go-to-market/Marketing/Retail teams.
4. Develop an effective implementation of promotions with customers/retailers for Huawei products.
5. Build up and consolidate solid relationships with selected customers/retailers in Portugal.
6. Generate sales reports for the management on periodic basis.
7. Identify and provide insights on sales and market trends.
What we expect from you
1. 5 years+ of sales experience in consumer electronics sales.
2. Experience in working with Portugal major retailers.
3. Knowledge of Wearable is a plus.
4. Sell-out driven mentality.
5. Fluent knowledge of English and Portuguese.
6. Excellent time management, organization and project prioritization skills.
7. Effective and proven interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent Business intelligence skills.
9. Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong report skills, including both standardized and ad hoc reporting.
10. An exceptional teammate with the ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority.
11. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
