Chief financial specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and has a strong analytical background.

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
* Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
* Support external audits by preparing relevant documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.

Accounts Payable (AP):

* Ensure proper accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments proposals.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any outstanding issues as required.
* Monitor and improve the efficiency of AP processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

* Ensure that invoices are prepared and sent to customers in a timely and accurate manner, based on sales orders and contracts.

Other Financial & Operational Duties:

* Support the implementation of financial controls and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Degree in Accounting or related field.
