ADENES, an international group specialized in post-claims expertise, is hiring a Senior BPMN Developer / Designer ( Expertise in Camunda 8 is required. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our business processes, working closely with technical and business teams. Main Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and interface the Camunda 8 solution. Design and model business processes using BPMN 2.0. Create and maintain decision rules using DMN / DTD. Participate in the integration of processes into our application architecture. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure full lifecycle management of workflows. Contribute to continuous process improvement and technology watch. Profil You have a degree in computer science and have significant experience (minimum 5 years) in back-end development, with a specialization in BPM tools, particularly Camunda8. Technical Skills Expertise in Camunda 8 (modeling, deployment, integration) .NET/ C# REST APIs, JSON / XML English and French at minimum C1 level Personal Qualities Analytical and synthesis skills: ability to understand complex processes, identify friction points, and propose effective solutions. Clear and educational communication: ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (business teams, management).
