Job Title Salesforce / Business Applications Analyst – EMEALocation Concentrix Porto Office / Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office, remainder remote)Job Overview Provide Level 2 functional support for Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, and related integrations across Tandem Diabetes's EMEA region. Manage incidents, troubleshoot data and integration issues, maintain documentation, support end‐user training, and collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure a reliable, compliant Salesforce environment.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesFully understand the business processes, rules, and data flows around Salesforce and its ecosystem.Provide Level 2 functional support for Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, and related integrations.Triage and log incidents in Jira, escalating Level 3 issues to relevant MSPs or the Business Applications Manager.Assist users with navigation, reporting, and functional issues within Salesforce.Collaborate with D365 and integration MSPs to troubleshoot data synchronization or integration issues.Maintain and update user guides, training materials, and documentation for international teams.Support testing activities for system enhancements, new integrations, and releases.Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions for business users.Define and document business requirements for new Salesforce functionality or workflow improvements.Manage user access, profiles, and permissions following governance policies.Monitor Salesforce queues and system health metrics, responding to incidents promptly.Escalate unresolved or critical incidents to the Business Applications Manager and International IT Director per protocol.Ensure compliance with GDPR, data privacy, Tandem security policies, and other legal regulatory requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud modules).Experience supporting international user communities and multi‐region Salesforce instances.Knowledge of Salesforce administration (profiles, roles, permission sets, data management).Experience working with Managed Services Providers (MSPs) for CRM platforms.Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.Familiarity with ITIL and incident management best practices.Ability to create and maintain user‐friendly training and documentation materials.Knowledge of databases, software, and business systems.Good presentation skills, communicating clearly to all organization levels.Calm and confident response to changing situations and new tasks.Minimum Certifications / Educational LevelB.S. in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.Minimum Experience5 years of experience in an IT support role.2 years of experience in CRM application support.Work Arrangement This role is hybrid, based in the Concentrix Porto office 2–3 days per week with flexibility to work from home the remaining days.Benefits Hybrid work arrangement and a supportive environment that encourages professional growth.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Tandem is firmly committed to being an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, sex, race, religion or belief, gender identity or expression, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, or sexual orientation.
