Job Overview
As a Dutch Quality Expert, you will be responsible for evaluating audits through data analysis, monitoring customer service representative (CSR) performance, and providing feedback to enhance service quality.
* Monitor CSR performance on a daily basis by reviewing calls and offering constructive feedback.
* Attend meetings with supervisors and team managers/project leaders to discuss monitoring outcomes.
* Report script issues or questions to relevant departments.
* Assist clients in monitoring specific programs as needed.
* Communicate with supervisors regarding program changes and convey CSR actions to supervisors for performance evaluations.
To succeed in this role, you must possess native or proficient Dutch language skills, native or proficient English (C2), excellent organizational/time management abilities, the capacity to work with diverse backgrounds, make fair judgments, solve problems, and provide suggestions.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience as a Quality Analyst, Quality Specialist, or Quality Assurance Auditor. Additionally, they should hold a minimum of one certified/finalized professional education.
