Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day business of existing ‘C’ and ‘D’ accounts and provide technical guidance to customers on HBK products.
Qualify new leads/prospects, assess their sales potential (‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’…) and route them to the appropriate sales channel.
Create quotes within CRM systems or HBK Shop.
Maintain up-to-date customer/prospect contact information, including industry and interests, within the CRM.
Direct customer requests to repair, calibration, engineering, service, and academy if needed.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, and Customer Care Agents.
Qualifications
Technical or commercial background with high interest in technical topics.
Ability to adapt to changing digital requirements.
Proficiency in English + German OR Portuguese + English + Spanish + French.
Good communicator: friendly disposition with emphasis on excellent customer service.
Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce), e-commerce platforms.
Positive attitude towards technical sales with a collaborative spirit.
Digital native is an advantage.
Organized and methodical.
Location
Remote work within Portugal, or at our site in Porto.
