About the role
We are seeking an experienced Camunda Lead Full Stack Developer to design and deliver enterprise workflow orchestration solutions using Camunda 8. You will lead the development of Lending Origination workflows, providing technical leadership across backend, frontend, and process automation capabilities.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver Camunda 8 workflow solutions using service tasks, user tasks, and job workers.
* Develop Camunda, Java, and React-based Lending Origination applications.
* Lead technical design and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
* Coordinate developers and testers to deliver sprint objectives.
* Drive best practices across CI/CD, TDD, automation, and code quality.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure clean, scalable, and testable code.
* Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and maintain JIRA updates.
* Support UAT and provide 3rd line production support.
* Track and report delivery metrics including velocity and throughput.
Required Skills & Experience
* 15+ years of software engineering experience, including extensive experience designing and implementing Camunda-based solutions.
* Strong experience designing and implementing Camunda-based solutions.
* Backend development expertise with:
* Java
* Spring Boot
* JPA / Hibernate
* JUnit
* Mockito
* Frontend development experience with:
* React JS
* Redux
* JavaScript
* HTML/CSS
* Experience with SQL databases (MS SQL preferred).
* Experience with OpenShift V4, CI/CD, microservices, and DevOps tooling including GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and JIRA.
* Strong understanding of TDD and modern software engineering practices.
Desirable Skills
* Banking or financial services experience.
* Experience with Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, or messaging platforms.
* Agile delivery experience.
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
