The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and accounting coupons, reimbursements, and monitoring operations until their settlement. This role will involve working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland and contributing to the launch of this activity from scratch in Lisbon.
Key responsibilities include:
* Controlling and accounting of coupons and reimbursements on awarded markets
* Managing optional dividends including mailing and instructions for custodians
* Monitoring operations, following up with our custodians, and tracking cash breaks
* Annual review for US tax reclassification
* Controlling the proper application of taxes charged to clients
* Communicating with bank clients
* Tax reconciliations of operations to ensure proper fiscal reports production for our clients' banks
* Participating in company projects
* Driving process enhancements and ensuring the training of new colleagues
