We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our international team in Lisbon as German-Speaking Customer Advisors. This is a full-time, on-site role starting on January 8, 2026, where you will be instrumental in delivering top-tier support to our German-speaking customer base. Your primary duty will be handling customer queries and resolving issues across various channels, including phone, email, and chat, utilizing both German and English. While previous customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as we provide thorough training for motivated newcomers.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in German (C1/C2) and possess a strong working knowledge of English (minimum B2). Applicants must also hold valid documentation for employment in Portugal, such as an EU Citizenship, a Refugee Card, or a Residency Card with more than one year of validity remaining.
The work schedule involves rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 22:00, ensuring you have your weekends free (Saturday and Sunday). For the earliest shifts starting at 06:00, we support your commute by providing an Uber allowance up to €25.00. The company will supply all necessary work equipment.
