Responsibilities
As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Communicate friendly and efficiently with the customers and provide relevant information
* Be the person responsible to deal with property damage issues
* Handlesensitive issues that were reported during ongoing reservations or after they are over
* Analyze the customer situation and assess the property featuresto determine liability
* Identify anomalies and patterns to identify fraudulent claims
* Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
* Native or proficient level of French (C2)
* Proficient level of English (C2) both verbal and written
* Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
* Experience estimating contents and automobile / watercraft losses
* Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
* Minimum 1 year experience handling property damage, insurance and healthcare claims, and dispute / conflict resolution ( mandatory)
* Or minimum 2 years of Airbnb Claims experience
* Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
* Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (work on site)
