Job Title: German Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the Role:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive initial training and onboarding. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
* Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
* Responding appropriately to customer escalations and escalating issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A native level of German (C1-C2 level)
* Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
* Outstanding communication skills
* Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
* Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
* Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
* Availability to work on rotational shifts
