Job Opportunity: MICE Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a MICE Sales Executive. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving group and event revenue across our Portugal portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and key partners;
* Become a subject matter expert on the Portuguese and international leisure markets;
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations;
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of events and meetings;
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel sales, preferably in the leisure or MICE segment;
* Solid understanding of the Portuguese and international leisure markets;
* Strong travel trade network and relationship-building skills;
* Fluency in English and Portuguese, with additional languages an advantage;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
* Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, Delphi, or Salesforce is a plus.
