As a SDR at Conectys, you'll identify and connect with key decision-makers across some of the leading industries—including Social Media & UGC & AIUGC, Streaming & Entertainment, Retail & eCommerce, Technology, New Economy, Online Gaming & eSports, electric & Autonomous cars, and healthcare & telemedicine. Your responsibilities:

* Lead Hunting & Scoring: Proactively research and reach out to potential game-changing clients using cold calls, dynamic email campaigns, and smart social media strategies.
* Tailored Outreach: Craft compelling, industry-specific pitches that speak directly to the unique needs of each vertical.
* Relationship Building: Connect with C-level execs and key decision-makers to forge long-lasting, strategic partnerships.
* Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our sales and marketing dynamos to fine-tune outreach strategies, share insights, and celebrate wins.
* Data-Driven Sales: Leverage advanced AI tools and analytics to continuously optimize your approach, ensuring every move is smarter than the last.
* Tool Mastery: Dominate CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar, using them to track your pipeline, manage leads, and hit your targets with precision.

What will make you successful in the role:

* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field that fuels your passion for sales.
* Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales or business development with a proven track record of navigating complex deals.
* Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or similar CRM's is essential—show us how you've leveraged its full potential to drive stellar results.
* Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools and the latest sales tech.
* A natural communicator with an engaging, modern vibe.
* A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments.
* Industry Know-How: Up-to-date on trends in Social Media, Streaming, Retail & eCommerce, Technology, New Economy, Gaming, electric & Autonomous cars, and healthcare.
