About the roleWe're looking for a French Customer Service Host who will provide world-class customer service by responding to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chat in French as the first language and in English where applicable.
The host will manage customer-related queries, assist with tasks in other regions using company translation tools, process contacts in a multimedia environment, enter information into databases, build and manage customer relationships, cross-sell products and services, and perform additional tasks as requested by managers or shift supervisors.
