Project tracking spreadsheets and associated tracking entry specifications are created by the coordinator. Visualizations and graphics are prepared as needed. Ad-hoc support is provided for translation requirements of documents.
Maintenance of case folders, tracking their distribution, and archiving after event closure are key responsibilities. The coordinator oversees administrative support by coordinating team meetings, ordering stationery, dispatching documents via courier services, and reserving meeting rooms and IT equipment.
Database searches are performed for operations team leads, and assistance is given in database validation through user testing. Project phone lines are set up as required, and call center calls are triaged for escalation to senior associates.
Contributions to project workflow include database entry, quality control activities, and generation of Lifecycle Safety data reports. Preparation of Lifecycle Safety submission dossiers and assisting with deadline quality measurements are also key responsibilities.
