Production Support Engineers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide second-line support for applications (non-production and production environments).
* Coordinate production deployments, including creating runbooks and following up throughout the deployment process.
* Monitor, document, and manage the lifecycle of these environments and participate in H20 (Handover to Operations).
* Operate autonomously within our bank's processes.
* Provide constructive solutions for incident and problem management.
* Offer IT operational support for applications in collaboration with applicative tribes.
* Be flexible and available for on-call duty outside normal business hours (7/7, 24/24).
* Collaborate with colleagues from different countries.
* Develop an all-round understanding of the IT environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to understand technical and complex architecture design documents.
* Good knowledge and comprehension of Control-M on Unix/Linux and Windows.
* Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks: services deployment, restart, monitoring, log analysis.
* Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., IBM).
* Good knowledge and comprehension of network components (Firewall, load balancer).
* Good knowledge and comprehension of network protocols TCP, TLS.
* Strong analytical thinking skills.
* Overall IT knowledge (Windows, Unix & Linux environment).
* ITIL knowledge.
* Experience with Websphere Application Server, MQ, Oracle (ability to identify cause/techno or read logs).
* Proficiency in Shell script and Powershell.
