Responsabilities:
Programme Unit "TAM - Tanker, Transport and Mission Program" under the Division
Airbus Defense and Space is dealing among others with steering the MRTT Program and
derivatives, one of the most profitable areas of Defense and Space.

in our team to perform the role of Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to
participate in creating the Airbus future.
We support key projects across the company and spread PM (Project/Programme
management) culture across Airbus. In our daily business we are at the crossroads
between management and operations.
Working with the project leader & project organization on a day to day basis
Shaping methods and tools in accordance to PM standards to the needs of the
project with focus on scheduling management and risk and opportunities;
Supporting efficient communication and stakeholder management
Scheduling projects, performance follow up (e.g. milestones/quality gates),
reporting throughout all project phases
Financial analysis, Risk and Opportunity Management (ROM), Change
Management, Key reviews support, Project planning, Action plan management
Make the schedule available in due Airbus integrated planning tool.
Proposals on monitoring and controlling strategies as well as schedule governance
should be needed.
Competences:
Proven programme and/or project management (office) skills (2-3 years, PMI PMP
certification is nice to have)
Proven process, methods & tools skills (trainings, years of experience with project planning
applications, risks and ops applications ) Google Sheets, Planning Tools, confluence/jira or
similar
Stakeholder management, networking skills, communication
Proven self-motivation and creativity (examples where you have been creative resulting in
a finished product of whatever kind w/o an available recipe)
Focus on customer engagement, result orientation and anticipation mindset.
Proactiveness and ability to adapt to any environment
Problem Solving & Simplification: Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
and simplify complex workflows or tasks for increased efficiency and clarity.
Customer Focus & Results Orientation: Strong commitment to customer engagement,
ensuring solutions align with their needs. Results-driven, with a focus on delivering
successful outcomes.
Effective Communication & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build

Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French and/or German is a plus.
