OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to join a professional commercial organization focused on business client acquisition, relationship development, and revenue growth.
This role is designed for individuals who already have a solid background in sales and who are looking to advance their career within a structured, performance-driven, and international business environment.
Role PurposeThe purpose of this role is to actively drive new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and contribute to sustainable revenue development.
You will act as a trusted business partner to clients, offering consultative sales support rather than transactional selling.
Your work will directly impact business performance, client retention, and long-term market positioning.
You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, onboarding, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth client acquisition and successful partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a B2B Sales Executive, actively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities, inbound lead management, and strategic networking.
Conduct structured discovery conversations with potential clients to understand their business challenges, operational goals, and growth objectives.
Present relevant solutions, clearly articulating value propositions, return on investment, and long-term partnership benefits.
Manage sales pipelines using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting, documentation, and reporting.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
Lead commercial negotiations, handle objections, and close agreements in line with business guidelines.
Ensure that all contractual and onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
