Agile Coach / Scrum Master
As a highly skilled Agile Coach / Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our software development team towards achieving agile excellence. With your extensive experience and expertise, you will facilitate seamless collaboration among team members, ensure efficient workflow, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive agile transformation across the organization
* Coach and mentor developers on agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework principles
* Collaborate closely with Product Owner to prioritize product backlog and drive project success
* Track and monitor team velocity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
* Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation, empowering teams to take calculated risks and learn from failures
Requirements:
* Proven +5 years of experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
* Strong knowledge of Scrum framework principles and agile methodologies
* Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
* Experience with PMO project management
* Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
