Your tasks will include:? Managing end-to-end recruitment via our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuringcompliance.? Engaging with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.? Handling high application volumes, collecting missing details, and managing administrativetasks.? Scheduling initial shifts for new couriers.? Collaborating with staffing agencies and internal teams.? Meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment practices.What You Bring? Fluent in German and English.?
