Position Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our NBS Lisbon Order to Cash (O2C) department. Reporting to the Cash Collection Lead Specialist, you will manage customer account balances and ensure timely payments.
Responsibilities
- Post customer payments in SAP for assigned business areas
- Process debit notes and customer deductions
- Monitor and manage open receivables
- Serve as contact for AR issues with Customer & Sales Service
- Create payment proposals and perform dunning procedures
- Support projects and perform analyses
Qualifications
- Basic accounting skills and experience in accounts receivable and O2C processes
- Strong communication skills and independent work style
- Proficient in SAP (FI module) and MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in German and English
- Completed commercial education; further accounting certifications are a plus
- Experience in trade and food industry is advantageous
