Job Title: Customer Service Trainee
This is a trainee role within the customer service team, focusing on supporting key retail accounts and coordinating customer scrap collection processes.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced division of an international corporation, supporting the customer support team with various tasks. This includes managing key retail accounts and coordinating customer scrap collection processes.
We manufacture 12V batteries for all powertrain concepts, covering internal combustion to full electric vehicles. Our products include lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries for light and commercial vehicles, motorcycles, boats, and more.
* Support the customer support team with daily backup tasks and general administrative support.
* Manage key retail accounts in collaboration with our logistics partner in Spain.
* Coordinate customer scrap collection processes in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
