Responsible for owning and optimizing Viatris' global pricing system, ensuring it supports accurate, efficient, and compliant pricing operations across markets. Acts as the key link between business, IT, vendors, and end users, driving system performance, enhancements, upgrades, master data integrity, reporting, and user enablement.ResponsibilitiesBusiness owner of the Pricing System (International Reference Pricing) – collaborate with IT and Vendor to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities, including development, testing, deployment, and training.Lead regular and scheduled system upgrades/releases provided by Vendor with proper timeline management.Manage user access for the Global Pricing System, including license count and development of training resources.Act as point of contact for end users; partner with Regulatory, Pricing, Market Access and other stakeholders at local and global level to understand needs, ensure proper training, and improve processes.Provide system support to the Global Pricing team, including mass data upload and custom data reports.Validate and manage system Codes/SKU information/Launches (master data), integrating acquired and/or divested portfolios.Maintain pricing system master data updates, improvements and validation based on harmonization with Financial Budget / Volumes / FX rates.Integrate data from different sources via API within the Pricing nduct data audits for accuracy against other sources.QualificationsExtensive experience with Pricing System (International Reference Pricing), preferably as a solution owner; experience with Model N or Navlin is a plus.Experience partnering with IT teams to develop or maintain commercial systems; involvement in IT project management.Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel; experience with master data and/or database management based on SQL and/or ETL tools is a plus.Excellent interaction and communication skills with stakeholders to understand needs.Business acumen to translate business needs into technical terms.Previous experience in International Reference Pricing is desired.Regional or Global experience is desired.Detail‐oriented and result‐driven.Strong analytical, communication, influencing, problem‐solving, and writing skills.Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.Education in Business or Finance preferred.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
