Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in public procurement.
Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and compliance standards.

Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Professional certifications in procurement or forensic analysis are a plus.
