Main Tasks and Responsibilities
* Define and document technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Cyber, Integration, etc.).
* Oversee development progress, QA deployments, and coordinate UATs with business stakeholders.
* Act as an escalation point for incidents, managing priorities and ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science or similar;
* Minimum of 2+ years in digital solution design, implementation, and incident management;
* Hands-on experience with Flutter and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node);
* Familiarity with SQL and/or Java is a plus;
* Strong analytical skills with knowledge of system architecture and documentation;
* Understanding of digital ecosystems (Middleware, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals);
* Proactivity and dynamism;
* Organizational and communication skills;
* Knowledge of English, Spanish is a plus.
