MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES >
As a support & IT production technician and in close collaboration with the ViaDirect teams:
* You manage our equipment fleet by supervising several thousand equipments in North / South America, Europe, Russia, Asia.
* You manage incidents until their recovery by piloting our on-site service provider teams
* You participate to creating of the network environments of our orientation solution and set up VPN tunnels under linux
* You follow and improve the technical procedures
* You manage our external IT suppliers (Portuguese, French and English) during the installation phase or in case of technical problem.
* Technical Environment : Windows 7/10/11, Linux (Debian), Proxy, Routeur, VPN technologies, Monitoring
This workplace is based in the Faro subsidiary company with a team composed of project manager and other technical people.

TARGET PROFILE >
* You speak and write Portuguese, French English
* You have a higher education and an experience of 2 to 3 years on a similar position
* You are rigorous, autonomous and you have the sense of initiative and organization
* You are available and you know how to adapt in case of rush
* You have a sense of service and an ease for oral and written communication
* You are a positive and optimistic professional who is taking in account feedbacks and use them to progress
