Requirements
* Advanced spoken and written German language skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
* Intermediate spoken and written English language skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
* Good computer user skills (Mandatory)
* Ability to generate empathy in written form
* Good communication skills
* Customer orientation and troubleshooting
* Ability to manage time and meet goals
* Availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sunday
* Availability to work 8 hours per day
* Availability to work 24/7 shifts
