The Senior Account Manager drives growth and success for medium to large accounts in our automotive product marketplace.
About the Role:
* Owns and manages all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, building strategic relationships with key customers.
* Acts as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our product offerings.
* Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Fosters strong partnerships with key customers.
2. Drives revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
3. Maintains a deep understanding of our product offerings and the broader ecosystem.
* Analyzes key metrics and uses data-driven insights to make informed business decisions and improve customer performance.
* Identifies product bugs, high-severity events, and feature enhancements, driving resolution and contributing to product development based on customer feedback.
* Conducts deep dives on customer issues and the competitive landscape, delivering recommendations to improve customer engagement and grow the business.
* Serves as a mentor to colleagues, providing guidance and support to help grow their skills and capabilities.
