About the Role: Android Developer (Hybrid)
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin;
* Strong hands-on expertise with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and modern Android architecture components;
* Experience integrating real-time communication protocols such as WebSocket or Server-Sent Events (SSE) into Android applications;
* Proven ability to design and maintain modular, reusable UI components in production-scale mobile apps;
* Familiarity with Server-Driven UI (SDUI) concepts and rendering dynamic UIs from JSON-based schemas;
* Understanding of chat UI patterns, prompt management, and conversational UX design;
* Experience working in CI/CD environments, particularly those using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes pipelines;
* Solid understanding of Android performance optimization, accessibility standards, and automated testing;
Nice to Have:
* Experience with AI/ML-powered chat platforms (e.g., LangChain, Firebase ML, Dialogflow);
* Exposure to mobile A/B testing frameworks and analytics tools;
* Contributions to open-source projects or custom Android UI libraries;
* Familiarity with backend integration using REST, GraphQL, or Firebase;
