We're looking for a Contract Operations & AI Compliance Analyst.
As part of the enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance, candidate should have strong proficiency in English plus French / Italian / Spanish / Portuguese (reading and comprehension required) with a legal & compliance background. This position supports global contract management operations and requires the ability to interpret, review and analyzing legal documents that are in non-English language based on standard operating procedures and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Download and manage contracts, agreements and other legal documents in English and German / from authorized sources
* Reviewing, labelling, summarizing non-English legal documents, preparing inventory and creating repository for key clauses & obligations
* Ensuring that extracted information using AI-enabled tools precisely captures legal intent and language-specific nuances, while maintaining both the integrity and accuracy of the original legal meaning
* Support ongoing process improvements by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or automation opportunities in contract workflows
* Maintaining trackers up to date by regularly recording document status, key deadlines, and completion progress
* Conduct secondary quality assurance reviews to confirm thoroughness, adherence to standard operating procedures, and uniformity
Qualifications:
* Mandatory proficiency in English and French / Italian / Spanish / Portuguese (reading and legal comprehension)
* Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* 1–3 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, compliance, or legal documentation roles will be an advantage
* Hands-on experience in reviewing foreign-language contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, distribution, franchise, or service agreements
* Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PPT
* Strong legal interpretation skills with the ability to analyze foreign-language contracts accurately
* High attention to detail and strong quality control mindset
* Ability to follow standardized operating procedures and audit-ready documentation practices
* Proficiency in managing large volumes of contracts with strict timelines
* Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with QC and review teams
* Comfortable working in a global, process-driven legal operations environment
