You'll be responsible for creating scroll-stoppingstatic adswith full creative freedom, focused primarily on performance and volume.You'll work hands-on with 7–8 figure brands across multiple verticals, collaborating closely with media buyers to design ads that scale.This is not a "brand-only" or slow design role. This is about shipping bangers, testing fast, iterating smarter, and winning on performance.You'll be using AI, a lot, so you need to both enjoy it and be proficient with it.⸻What you'll be doing•Create high-performing static ads daily for Meta and other channels, based on briefs and direct input from the Media Buying Team•Model and adapt winning competitor ads (layouts, headlines, angles, visual structures) to our brands, offers, and messaging•Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback•Produce ads at high volume without sacrificing quality•Maintain clear and smooth communication with the team⸻What you bring to the table•1+ year of experience designing static ads for ecommerce (direct response)•Strong understanding of Direct Response ads and what drives performance (hook, clarity, offer, CTA)High proficiency using and prompting AI tools for image generation•Proven ability to model and adapt high-performing ads•High-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools•Good English level•Comfortable working in a performance-driven, collaborative environment•Fast execution mindset⸻Nice to have•Experience working closely with media buyers•Familiarity with multiple ecommerce verticals•Motion / basic animation skills⸻What we offer•Fully remote — work from anywhere•Fixed salary + performance-based incentive plan (based on the amount of winning ads created)•Full schedule flexibility — async-friendly•Work with a multicultural team•Hands-on experience with multiple 7–8 figure ecommerce brands•Extensive in-house training — sharpen your eye for what actually scales•Real creative freedom, with accountability tied to results
