Job Summary
This role supports the development of operational functions in line with strategic plans for a leading medical communications team.
The Associate Operational Effectiveness Manager reports to the Associate Director, Operations Effectiveness and is responsible for ensuring processes remain compliant.
A key responsibility includes regular communication with the wider team, collation of data, and preparation of reports for review/analysis.
* Collaborate with the IMC team to ensure operational efficiency
* Develop and implement systems, processes, and practices across the team
* Contribute to the review and improvement of operational management systems, processes, and best practices
* Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics
This role requires experience of working as an Associate Operations Manager or similar role, knowledge of organizational effectiveness, and excellent attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications
* 3 - 5 years' experience
* Advanced level Smartsheet or similar tool skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams), including strong Excel skills
* Aptitude for learning new applications
* Knowledge of LEAN methodology
* Strong IT skills, including database development
