This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position with flexible work hours as our headquarters are in the US. We require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

The responsibilities include creating website & marketing strategies and presenting them to the client, creating header messaging for websites and providing guidance to designers on UX conversion funnels, leading website projects from concept to launch, showing value to clients and upsell on marketing to drive growth, giving feedback to improve design and UX, and marketing performance on each client account, updating clients daily on progress and providing professional consultation to achieve the best results, ensuring projects are set up properly in the project management tool and accounts are all up to date, working with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges, and reporting to CEO on team performance and metric reports.
The requirements include proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch, over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects, over 3 years experience in managing custom websites, eCommerce, and marketing projects, ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish, strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines, proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges, effectively working with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects, and being available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks.
