Market Research Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Market Research Manager to join our team.
* Project Management:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management, with a flexible and organized approach to multitasking, time management, and prioritization.
Key skills for this role include:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Aptitude to learn how to effectively manage clients
* Tenacious personality with an eye for detail and ability to problem solve using own initiative
* Competent user of Microsoft Office including Excel
* Understanding of data collection management
* Knowledge of other languages and cultures advantageous
* Previous CATI experience advantageous
* Attending kick-off meetings with clients / internal teams;
* Developing/reviewing screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires;
* Reviewing and testing programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection, working with our internal scripting, translation, testing and data processing departments;
* Conducting briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external vendors;
* Managing the recruitment process;
* Tracking project profitability;
* Overseeing change control and scope creep management;
* Confident and timely client management;
* Effective reporting on project progress;
* Recognising potential barriers and challenges, before or during projects, and offering solutions;
* Meeting all applicable market research quality standards and regulations;
* Accurate administration support to wind down projects and capture learnings;
