The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and creative
BIM Manager
to join our team
in Lisbon
. This is a key role for us as we further expand our international portfolio of high-profile projects, and will be responsible for leading and developing our BIM usage across all our offices.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of BIM processes on projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with project teams to define BIM project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct regular model audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure seamless collaboration among disciplines.
Provide technical support to project teams and troubleshoot BIM-related issues.
Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and best practices in BIM.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the organization's BIM standards and procedures.
Required Experience:
Proven experience in a BIM management role, preferably in architectural projects.
Demonstrated expertise in Autodesk REVIT and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of clash detection methodologies and best practices.
Experience in developing and managing BIM libraries and families.
Track record of successfully leading and developing BIM teams.
Autodesk Certified Professional in REVIT or similar certifications.
Fluency in English
