Experis is looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter to join our client's growing Talent Acquisition team within a dynamic consulting environment.
You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across a wide range of projects and clients.

We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join us as a Resourcer in the following areas: Recruitment Consultant- Based in Portugal We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Recruitment Consultant, to work on a global client account on an RPO basis.
You will work with a global team in a high-collaboration environment, focusing on passive sourcing for mandates.
This role requires a high-degree of stakeholder management.
Therefore you must have this experience as well as strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
You will work on mandates globally, with a focus on Europe.
You will be highly agile, solution-focused, client-centric and will always keep the client experience as a top priority, and follow the client's processes.
You will be consultative and act as an advisor to our client, bringing talent insights as well as meeting delivery milestones, and managing expectations and feedback loops, whilst meeting partnership KPI's.
Responsibilities Actively source and qualify candidates Manage the client's needs and expectations, and lead briefing calls where necessary Communicate the sourcing plan and provide ongoing feedback Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and the candidates Working to improve sourcing efficiency Work collaboratively with the wider client team Requirements Must have minimum 3 years recruitment experience, either in-house or in an RPO environment.

Your Mission Will Be Manage the recruitment and selection full cycle process for IT roles; Creation of job descriptions and curricular screening; Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection activities and others as needed; Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like LinkedIn (Recruiter), using different strategies; Conducting phone and video interviews; Communicate with business managers to understand hiring needs.
Really Important To Have Between 6 months and 3 years of professional experience; BSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields; Fluency in Portuguese and English; High motivation to be part of a dynamic team; Interest in the IT field; Ability to adapt to changes and high-speed environments.
Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good Previous experience in the recruitment field; Experience in the role, especially with tech profiles; Experience working with a LinkedIn recruiter.
