What We're Looking For:
* A degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or similar.
* 10+ years of experience in credit recovery, ideally in banking or financial services.
* Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and non-performing loans (NPLs).
* Strategic mindset with a passion for technology and transformation.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English;
* A leader who's not afraid to challenge the status quo.
