Requirements:
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and operational systems.
