Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT Support role based in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The role supports the setup, monitoring, and day-to-day operation of IT and digital systems to ensure smooth and reliable operations before and after the opening of Estoril Riviera. The focus is on identifying when systems are not working correctly, providing first-line support, and coordinating with the internal team and external providers to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
* Basic experience or familiarity with setting up and maintaining Wi-Fi networks for staff and guests.
* Comfortable supporting devices such as iPads, phones, and office equipment.
* Able to assist with connectivity for POS and operational systems, including backup internet solutions.
* Willingness to monitor systems, report issues, and escalate when needed.
* Support office setup and team needs, including printers, workstations, and shared drives.
* Assist with ordering IT equipment and office supplies.
* Provide first-line digital and technical support to staff.
* Support safety and compliance tasks, including monitoring CCTV, access logs, alarms, and security systems.
* Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
