Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As an Embedded Firmware Engineer at Bosch, you will develop software powering smart, safe electronic systems. You will be part of a cross-functional team dedicated to innovation, quality, and performance.
* Design, develop, and test firmware for embedded systems.
* Document software components, especially safety-related functions, per industry standards.
* Use modern tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and Artifactory to streamline workflows.
* Support validation through testing and debugging, solving complex issues.
* Identify and implement improvements in product functionality and processes.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Embedded Software, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
* Solid experience in embedded software design and development.
* Proficiency in C/C++ or similar programming languages.
Know-how
* Familiarity with development toolchains, debugging, and configuration management.
* Experience creating technical documentation and software specifications.
* Comfort working independently in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
Languages
* Fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
