The work is all about experimentation, iterating fast, and building solutions that directly impact throughput and customer experience.You'll be at the centre of the action — balancing product goals with technical delivery, and making sure engineering teams can perform at their best.The OpportunityYou'll oversee the delivery of multiple engineering teams, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and making sure commitments are hit.
That means close partnership with Product Owners and UX to refine priorities and shape work into solutions that provide real business value.Day to day, you'll:Manage risks, dependencies, and team alignmentCoach teams on agile best practices and engineering qualityChampion High Performance Engineering (HPE) and continuous improvementSupport product leadership in refining backlogs and balancing delivery pace with qualityPromote experimentation and the adoption of new technologiesWhat They're Looking ForStrong track record leading engineering teams in agile environmentsComfortable working with product, UX, and engineering to shape and deliver solutionsExperience driving team performance through metrics (velocity, cycle times)Technical understanding of front-end environments and experimentation frameworksTech environment- GraphQL- AWSThe CultureYou'll be working with two collaborative squads (Breaking Change & Neon), supported by a shared Product Owner.
