ResponsibilitiesActing on the P&C Tech Roadmap to get us closer to a global P&C IT LandscapeSetting the architectural guidelines for the P&C area and actively advocate the usage of industry standards and best practices within the organisation, in connection to the central IT integration strategyDocumenting architecture and IT landscape in accordance with Enterprise Guardrails and modelling standardsActively contribute in the Architect team and the P&C Architecture forumWorking on assigned deliveries, as well as planning and prioritizingStakeholder communication and management towards business units globallyPlanning and coordinating activities connected to business units globally that have changed/decommissioned systems in their local HR environmentHands-on problem-solving when needed
QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field5+ years of experience as a solution architectExperience with HR/People & Culture domain systemsExperience working with agile methods and toolsExperience in functional and technical design and information modellingKnowledge of software development life cycle and methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication, collaboration, and time management skillsAttention to detail and a quality-oriented mindsetExperience leading technical projectsPrevious experience working in a global contextSAP SuccessFactors knowledgeStrong communication and analytical skillsExcellent English skills, both written and spoken
